Email Me - I do read EVERY single email I receive and, trust me, your words of encouragement and hearing your stories absolutely makes my day!!
Although I would find great joy in just spending my days corresponding with each one of you - I would be missing out on God's specific calling for my life - being a Mom of Many!! So as my days unfold, I will attempt to answer as often as I can, although not always instantly, and most often my response will be brief.
If there is a recurring theme, I will try to do a blog post about the topic....so comment and question away......in the meantime, caring for my precious husband and my treasure kids is indeed God's greatest greatest calling in my life.
Thank you though, for all your tender words, heartfelt prayers and gracious love toward our family. We are thankful for each of you who stop by our Place Called Simplicity. xo

- My greatest joy in life is pleasing Christ. He rescued me from incredible torment and set me free. I love that He wants an intimate relationship with each of us and that He promises to confide in us. {Psalm 25:14}. The king of the Universe wants to confide in me? Whoooa. I have the wonderful privilege of being married to my soulmate, Dw, for the last 33+ years and we have been blessed with 16 children {so far!}....with more headin' our way. The plight of the orphan consumes me and I am dedicated to spending my life advocating on their behalf. I am an abundantly blessed Mom of Many and I will worship and praise, until my last breath, our Miracle-working, Mountain-moving, Awe-inspiring, Gasp-giving God!

oh my, oh my! that's like $10 of cereal all over your table!
thankfully jax hasn't learned to open the pantry door at our house yet... and for when he does... i have all the yummy stuff up high and the yucky stuff (and tightly sealed stuff) in his reach.
Those eyes show so much thanks for simple cereal I think I'd let them spill it more often, but maybe I'd get the small boxes. They are so adorable, God's gifts are always so amazing.

I like Elijah's look in the last photo. He is so cute. And Elizabeth as well. Beutiful toddlers you have there, Linn. How's being a mom for toddlers again? Actually, 2 toddlers. :D

Hahaha! I've had many days like that. Our cereal cupboard has a tot lock on it for that very reason! But they are SOOOOOO cute, those two! I want to hug and kiss them!
Oh my goodness, they are so cute, even when they're into mischief! I love the look on Elijah's face in the last one: a cross between "Um, Elizabeth, look up, we're busted!" and "Elizabeth made me do it, really!"

Cereal Smorgasbord!!
Cute. We keep it in the fridge for just this reason. We have two toddlers too. Double trouble. Ours are lovingly nicknamed "the gremlins" as they are constantly in to everything. I love reading your blog. I only found you after the fire but I am so glad I did.
Just think though, they have full bellies. Oh my goodness are they cuties!
Thank the Lord for the sweet toddlers that can make that mess!

Mama, leave the cereal where it is or else you wouldn't see this cute, who me,innocent face. Thank GOD they have cereal to get into. Too cute wait until they start "sharing" with the dog. I found my toddler "sharing" cereal w/ the dog out of the dog dish once. I was disgusted and hysterically laughing all at once. Thank God for those moments.

That is just precious! Well I guess it wasn't precious at the moment, but just look at them! PRECIOUS!!! Duly noted here … I think I learned with my Mo about where to keep cereal!!! LOL! Oh and PRAISE JESUS for Isaiah's decision!!! Now he is forever in God's family too!!! He is adorable but I know you already know that! HUGS!!!
