Yesterday before leaving home we skyped with Abi. she was discouraged. Everyone who had had their embassy appointment was headed home. it would be at least another week
Last night we were sound asleep in our hotel and we awoke to my cell ringing. Only thing was that we couldn't figure out where we were and where my phone was. haha. Thank you Jesus it rang long enough that we heard Abi's voice on the other end. Our miracle-working, mountain-moving awe-inspriring, gasp-giving God had been working behind the scenes and Abi had received a call....Finn's visa was ready.
Celebrate with me....Finn and Abi are headed home....and this Mimi is beaming from ear to ear!!!

ReplyDeleteHurrah and thank you Jesus! We've been praying for missionary friends lately, regarding their visa. Scott and Monica were leaving for Scotland, where Scott is originally from. They had to change their tickets one time because Monica's visa didn't arrive. Deadline approached a few weeks ago and he was going to leave his bride of a few months behind cuz his paper work was expiring and had to leave country. Visa arrived 4 days b4 their needed departure. :0) Now praying for visa for another couple. Matt and Chelsea are leaving soon for their work but again, down to wire again and issues pop up on the other end....God is in control. Hugs!
