Mac Powell has done it again.

 What an anointed artist and fellow adoptive parent.
He and Aimee are two of my favorite people of all time,
they're not just talking about it, they're doing it - and they
do it with such beauty and grace!

So here I am sitting in my office trying to get some stuff done.
when I happened upon the the link on my friend Angie's blog....
{Angie and her hubby will be leaving {Lord willing} soon to go get two treasures from Ethiopia.}

Since I love Third Day, I pressed 'play'.  No doubt moved to tears until they started to do something I wasn't prepared for - and the flood of tears came.  {Mac & Aimee - It's not fair to do that without a warning!  I need some waterproof make-up, gracious girl - I have got to go out to greet people and go to services!!}

Oh yes, sweet friends - you must this video.

Till the end.

15 Simply Sweet Words:

  1. It is a powerful video! Good luck getting yourself back together for the services. LOL! :)

  2. I'd heard about this on a radio interview with Mac on K-Love Radio and I was going to send you the link!
    Total Awesomeness!!

  3. Love, Love, Love! I posted it to my blog too!!

  4. My BF Natalie hooked me up with this video and I'm not sure if I should hug her or hurt her(joking). But, I did burst into the ugly cry immediately. It was a fantastic video and I was so moved by it. I especially enjoyed sharing it with my family. I love being adopted!!!

  5. I saw it the other day and I love it too!

  6. It was instantly one of my favorites the first time I heard it - listen to it daily! LOVE it! Blessed me again listening to it on your blog! You and Your family are such a blessing to me and mine!

  7. Shoot! I thought I'd get away without crying. I even predicted that the buttoned shirts were coming off! But no luck - tears came. Thanks for posting this.

  8. Beautiful!! Swiped it for my facebook page - figured I might as well share the cry..... :)

  9. Agree........very cool! My Dear walked into the room while I was watching the video wearing his "adopted" tshirt.

It's always good to hear from bloggy friends. Bless you.
