Ruby's in the Picture....

Many have commented that they can't
wait to see the new family photo.

So here ya' go...

The only ones missing are:
Abigail, Ryan and Finley
Tyler and Sarah
Autumn
SJ

And the extra one on the left is Josh
{Emma's beau who works for the airlines now and
was able to fly in to greet us at the airport  in Phoenix - nice perk!
He didn't tell Emmy he was coming and had managed
to get near where we landed. She was so giggly!  *so cute*}

Ruby Grace continues to see a myriad of specialists.
More tests today.
More extensive tests are scheduled for tomorrow.
We also met with the lead neurosurgeon today who went over Ruby's situation with us, bit by bit.

The plan is for multiple brain surgeries before a
shunt can even be considered to be put in.

The first brain surgery is planned for Wednesday.
She will be in ICU for awhile after.

The neurosurgeon is trying to decide how to best
go about her rare situation.
Prayer for wisdom for the neurosurgeon
would be deeply appreciated.

We are so grateful for the prayer coverage.

Lastly, I do not have any wireless in Ruby's room, yet
I have much to tell you.

Prayerfully, we can figure out some sort of
wireless in the days ahead.

30 Simply Sweet Words:

  20. Sweet Girl! God has such a plan for her. Just imagine! He allowed her to have a fever so they couldn't do the surgery in U. Only to find out she needs other work before she can even have the shunt. His ways are sooo not our ways! What a testament to His amazing love. He knows the intricate workings of one tiny, thrown away baby girl. Thank You Lord!
